Yvel Celebrates 25 Years of Cultivating Beauty

May 2011

2011 marks the twenty fifth anniversary of international jewelry brand, Yvel, an Israeli based jewelry manufacturer that specializes in pearls and gemstones set with 18K gold.

The Yvel 25th Anniversary season started with just such an award, as Yvel claimed the highly prized ‘best in pearl design’ award at the Centurion Jewelry Show in February 2011. The newest member of the Yvel “Pastel Collection”, a multi-color Fresh Water baroque pearl brooch, combining 18K yellow gold set with 7.56 ct natural cognac diamonds, took this top honor at the first important U.S. jewelry show of the year.

The Yvel family also started their 25th Anniversary season with an impressive philanthropic effort - co-founding, organizing and opening the Andrea Bronfman School of Jewelry & Art, a unique school for the study of jewelry craftsmanship which directly benefits Ethiopian Jewish immigrants to Israel.

This unique school is part of Yvel’s newly built Design Center, a 50,000 sq. f. facility, located along the winding road to Jerusalem in a former winery. As part of its 25th Anniversary Season, Yvel is planning a special grand opening celebration of this new Yvel Design Center, which houses its offices, showrooms and factory, as well as the Andrea Bronfman School of Jewelry & Art. The grand opening gala and ribbon cutting ceremony will be attended by loyal Yvel clientele, including retailers, celebrities and local politicians. The Yvel 25th anniversary season will continue throughout the year in the U.S. market with an all-new advertising campaign in nationwide and regional print publications, as well as new product launches and special events at various retailers throughout the second half of the year.
