Singapore Jewelfest 2013 (SJF13) brings together an impressive constellation of fine jewellery houses and designers, promising an outstanding presentation of exquisite rare gems and design artistry.
As the region’s foremost authority of fine jewellery and exquisite gems, SJF13 will be housed in a lavish, custom-built 1000 sq m Jewel Pavilion in Ngee Ann City Civic Plaza, Orchard Road. With an impressive line up of international fine jewellers from the U.S.A., Europe, Asia and Middle East meticulously curated by SJF13, visitors will be treated to an unrivalled showcase of private fine gems collections, an unsurpassed heritage of excellent craftsmanship, masterful design and innovation; and fine jewellery of the highest quality.
To satisfy jewellery connoisseurs’ desire for high value investment pieces, SJF13 ramps up its spotlight on rare gems through a collaboration with the world’s finest jewellery houses, from the likes of Mouawad (U.S.A.), Miiori New York (U.S.A.), Mondial Jeweler (Singapore), DeGem (Malaysia), Renee Jewellers (U.A.E.), Zela Jewels (Turkey), Famosi (Italy) to Arts & Gems (U.A.E.). Another cornerstone of SJF13, and a strong attraction for art lovers and style aficionados, is masterful design and innovation in jewellery. The 10-day SJF13 exhibition is presented in two editions, each profiling different fine jewellery appreciation propositions.
FIRST EDITION (11 – 15 OCTOBER)
This first edition of the SJF13 exhibition shines its spotlight on million dollar jewels, investment grade rare gems and leading Asian jewellery designers’ superb artistry and craftsmanship.
SECOND EDITION (16 – 20 OCTOBER)
The second edition of SJF13 turns its attention to the sophistication of fine jewellery from European jewellery houses and designers. This final five-day exhibition also profiles the latest bling to complement the latest fashion styles.
FESTIVAL DEBUTANTES
Making their debut at SJF13 are 15 jewellery designers and jewellery houses representing the best of Asia, Europe, the U.S.A. and U.A.E.
The festival will feature home-grown brands such as collector and investment grade jewel specialist House of Fine Gems; engagement ring and wedding band purveyor Michael Trio; jadeite specialist Sanyin Jade Collection; unique gemstone connoisseur jeweller Kinchos and haute joaillerie designer, Jaipore Jewels by Ritu Aurora. Brands from other Asian markets include award-winning designers, Sharart Design by Sharlinn Liew (Thailand) and Fujimori (Japan); and a specialist in gemstone jewellery, Kajita (Japan).
European jewellery brands include artisan-designer Messerer Juwelier (Switzerland), fashionable innovative Luca Carati (Italy), and Heinz Mayer (Germany) - jeweller to royalty and owner of well-known patented designs. Verdi Gioielli (Italy) and Castaldi Gioielli (Italy) also make their debut at this prestigious event together with Zela Jewels (Turkey), an international jewellery house renowned for their investment grade jewels and rare gems; and Designs by H.C. (U.S.A.), a diamond fine jewellery design specialist.
Entry to the exhibition is free daily from 11th to 20th October, 12noon to 9pm and will be closed for a private event from 6:30pm onwards on 11th October 2013.
